Appointment Policies

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice (during business hours, Monday to Friday) if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to help someone else in the time that has been reserved for you. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the cost of the service. Preparation time is required before all consultations and research are conducted to ensure we provide you with the best advice for your needs.

We are reasonable and understand, if you are prevented from attending a consultation due to emergency circumstances beyond your control, please contact us to discuss the situation.

If we are unable to attend our scheduled appointment due to an emergency, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule as our priority.

For online appointments, please ensure that you are in a private and quiet area, for focus and confidentiality. Some questions may be very personal - a cafe or restaurant may not be the appropriate environment to answer questions about your signs, symptoms, and health history.
